Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath inaugurated a special QR code and online portal at a program organized at Lok Bhawan in the capital Lucknow on Wednesday as part of a campaign to develop Uttar Pradesh by 2047.
Calling the public, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that we have to decide how the future of India and UP should be. We have to prepare our youth, because we will move forward in the same direction in which we will live. What kind of India and Uttar Pradesh we want should be in our vision. CM Yogi was addressing the workshop on the occasion of the launch of “Samarth Uttar Pradesh – developed Uttar Pradesh @2047” campaign in Yogi Lok Bhavan Auditorium.
Samarth Uttar Pradesh ‘portal launched
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched the ‘Samarth Uttar Pradesh’ portal. This portal will provide a platform to the people of the state to give their suggestions, which will be part of the vision document focused on 12 major sectors- agriculture, livestock protection, industrial development, IT-technology, tourism, city and rural development, infrastructure, balanced development, social welfare, health, education, security and good governance. The vision document is based on the theme “Earth power, creation power and vitality”. More than 400 officers and enlightened people retired from the areas of administration, police, forest service, agriculture, education, health etc. participated in the workshop. At the beginning of the workshop, a short film based on Vikas Yatra and Vision@2047 of Uttar Pradesh was shown after 2017.
Cooperation of enlightened people to make the youth aware
Addressing CM Yogi workshop, CM Yogi said that this campaign is part of the resolution of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s developed India. He said that the Uttar Pradesh government is constantly trying in the order of “developed India developed Uttar Pradesh” Shatabdi Sankalp Abhiyan. 25 crore people have to participate in this campaign. The cooperation of all your enlightened people will be important in making the youth aware and advancing. Being retired does not mean to be tired. Your experience will speed up this campaign.
India will become the third largest economy in the world by 2027
In the 16th-17th century, India used to hold 25% of the global GDP-CM, while referring to the progress of the country under the leadership of PM Modi, said that in the 16th-17th century, India used to hold 25% of the global GDP, which remained 2% by 1947. India was the 11th economy in 2014, but today is the fourth largest economy and will be the third by 2027. He said that India is the fastest growing economy in the world. If this is the speed, then the goal of India developed by 2047 is possible.
What happened in UP in 8 years?
- In the last eight years, we changed the disappointment of UP into enthusiasm- CM Yogi in the context of Uttar Pradesh said that by 1947 and 1960, UP’s contribution to national GDP was 14%, but by 2016-17 it increased to 8% and UP became the eighth economy. In the last eight years, we converted disappointment into enthusiasm. Today Uttar Pradesh is the second largest economy in the country and has been established as the fastest emerging economy. He said that by the grace of nature and God, UP has everything, just the need for resolution.
- Before 2016-17, UP was called sickness, but now there was a positive change-the Chief Minister said that before 2016-17, UP was called sicku, but now there has been a positive change. GSDP is going to increase from 13 lakh crores to 35 lakh crores this year. The per capita income has also increased. In the Kovid period, MSME was encouraged by the One District One Product Scheme, which reached 2 lakh crores. In Kovid, 1 crore people were provided arrangements to live and eat, of which 40 lakh were artisans from UP. Sharing an emotional anecdote, CM Yogi said that during the Bihar elections, a poor person thanked him by showing an empty box, which was of food found in UP during Kovid’s time. He said that this is a sense of service, which instills faith in people’s minds.
- If UP can become a growth engine in 8 years, then the target of Uttar Pradesh developed in 2047- CM Yogi CM referred to the seminar of IIT Kanpur, where more than 1000 technicrats and more than 300 industry leaders are making a bench on Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security and Sustainableness. He said that earlier farmers used to commit suicides in UP, MSMEs were closed, but now there has been a change. In the field of education too, UP was the first center, but later lagged behind. Now moving forward with new energy. CM Yogi said that there is no reason that if UP can become a growth engine in 8 years, then it cannot achieve the target in 2047. We have to be mentally prepared. He thanked everyone and called upon the Shatabdi resolution to work together for 2047. He said that this campaign will raise enthusiasm among the youth and will speed up the pace of development.
As the mood will happen, it will develop
CM Yogi CM referred to the famous scientist Jagdish Chandra Basu and said that the mood will be developed. Basu used on two plants, motivated one, then he became a big tree, while the other was shocked, then he wilted. He said that this applies only to the organism. Man is the best work of God. The situation in UP and India was also the same. There was disappointment due to negativity, but now there is an atmosphere of enthusiasm.
CM Yogi told the campaign
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the first phase of the campaign will start with seminars in academic institutions with enlightened people. After this, state ministers, MPs, MLAs and Union Ministers will also be involved in it. A resolution will be taken in the ward of every gram panchayat and municipal body. The suggestions will be taken through the QR code, which will be based on short, medium and long term planning. He said that in the assembly, there was a 36 -hour discussion on the Sustainable Development goal and 27 hours on developed Uttar Pradesh, in which all parties took part. Referring to the talk of Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya, he said that developed family and village will be developed from village.
QR code and online portal
The Chief Minister said that QR codes will be installed in public places, schools and colleges to make the process of suggestion easy and accessible. Citizens will be able to scan these QR codes and enter their suggestions directly on the portal. In addition, people will also be able to share their thoughts and proposals through the particularly developed online portal https://samarthatarpradesh.up.gov.in.
Award will be given for the best suggestions
- The Chief Minister said that the subject of useful and meaningful suggestions will be selected by the expert and NITI Aayog. The selected suggestions will be rewarded by the government at the district and state level. The purpose of this initiative is not only to take suggestions, but to ensure real development by including them in policy making.
- More than 400 enlightened people attended the program, who discussed the importance of the campaign and public participation of the campaign. The Chief Minister said that this initiative is not only an administrative effort, but a big step to make the state prosperous and developed with the participation of the public.
