In Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh, the great pain of a helpless woman suffering from divorce has come to light and the pain of this divorce victim is not caused by anyone else but by the lovers of Halala of her own religion.
It is alleged that after the divorce, she was in Eiddat and during this time, a Panchayat of religious contractors was convened, in which Halala order was given directly without listening to the woman. It is alleged that when the woman was not ready for Halala, then the contractors of the religion caught her and ordered her to forcefully perform Halala and if she did not agree, they issued an order to reject her from Islam.

The woman somehow saved her honor and reached the office of SSP of Bareilly, where after the orders of SP Anurag Arya, a case has been registered against the accused and investigation has been started. This very serious case of Halala is from Nawabganj police station area of Bareilly district. A Muslim woman living here alleges that she got divorced from her husband. She was in Eiddat after the divorce. Meanwhile, many Ulama, Maulana and contractors of religion participated in the Panchayat Baitai Panchayat.
Attempt to forcibly perform Halala with a woman
It is alleged that the contractors of these religions directly issued the Halala decree without listening to the woman. When the woman was not ready to have physical relations for Halala, it is alleged that she was forced and when she still protested, she was now threatened with rejection from Islam. After this, the victim woman reached the office of SSP Bareilly Anurag Arya with her complaint, where on the orders of the SSP, a case was registered against the three accused and further legal action was started.

According to Muslim religious leaders, Halala is a Sharia aspect in the eyes of Shariat. If the woman is not ready for Halala then no kind of force can be used on her. No kind of force can be used against a woman. If a woman has been raped then she is a criminal in the eyes of Shariat.
