 Star-packed attendance

Several Bollywood heavyweights attended the first day of RSS’s two-day centenary event on February 7 at the Nehru Centre Auditorium in Worli, Mumbai. The lecture series, titled “100 Years of Sangh Journey: New Horizons,” featured guests from cinema, arts, and culture. Salman Khan sat beside lyricist Prasoon Joshi, looking deeply engaged in the discussions.

Superstars like Ranbir Kapoor, filmmakers Mohit Suri, Subhash Ghai, Nitesh Tiwari, Om Raut, and producer Vikram Malhotra were also there. RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat addressed the crowd, focusing on the organisation’s history, philosophy, cultural unity, and national service vision. Khan listened attentively despite fans snapping photos.

Ranbir Kapoor grabbed eyes in the front row with his striking moustache, tied to his role in the upcoming film Love & War by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Outside, he shared a viral hug with Nitesh Tiwari, his collaborator on the two-part Ramayana saga—first part out at Diwali 2026, second at Diwali 2027. The warm greeting highlighted their bond ahead of the epic project.

 Celebs’ busy schedules

Salman Khan is gearing up for Battle of Galwan, where he plays Colonel Bikkumalla Santosh Babu, a real-life Army hero. Directed by Apoorva Lakhia and based on the book India’s Most Fearless 3 by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh, it stars Chitrangda Singh and hits theatres in April 2026. His presence at the RSS event showed his interest in national themes.

The event continues on February 8 with more big names expected. This mix of glamour and ideology sparked buzz online, blending entertainment with cultural pride.
