Caught on camera: Two men assaulted by bouncers at Noida mall; seven held

New Delhi: Seven people were arrested after a dispute over dancing outside a private bar in Noida led to a scuffle between bouncers and a group of men. A video of the undated incident has gone viral on social media.

The clash took place at Impulse bar inside Noida’s Garden Galleria Mall. Footage from the scene shows two men allegedly getting assaulted by bouncers. The footage further shows, three to four bouncers repeatedly kicking and punching the two men during the scuffle. One of the men is seen falling to the ground, but the bouncers continue to assault him even after he is down.

It has also been alleged that female bouncers assaulted a young man who was recording the incident on his mobile phone.

Police said they received information about the incident and responded immediately. A team from Sector-39 police station reached the spot and detained those involved.

What cops said about the incident

“A dispute arose between some individuals outside a private bar over dancing. Upon receiving information, Sector-39 police took immediate action and arrested a total of seven persons from both sides involved in the dispute. Legal proceedings have been initiated against them,” the Noida DCP said in a post on X.
