Bollywood’s Bhaijaan, Salman Khan, is all set to take on a new challenge in his career — portraying an Indian Army officer in a film inspired by the Galwan Valley conflict. Despite his last release Sikandar underperforming at the box office, Salman is bouncing back with renewed focus, and this upcoming film could be one of the most ambitious of his career.
The film is said to be based on the best-selling book India’s Most Fearless, which narrates real-life military heroics. For this project, Salman is undergoing a rigorous transformation. At the age of 59, he is adopting a disciplined fitness and diet regime to embody the physicality of a soldier. His goal is to achieve a leaner physique, and he’s reportedly spending extra hours at the gym while sticking to a controlled diet.
Before the shoot officially begins, Salman will undergo a detailed look test to finalize his appearance as a military officer. The film is expected to go on floors in July 2025
