Akshay Kumar shares update on Jolly LLB 3, says working with Arshad Warsi was fun

Akshay Kumar is now gearing up for the next chapter in the ‘Jolly LLB’ franchise. The upcoming installment will see Arshad Warsi, who played the original Jolly, join Akshay on screen.

Like the previous films, Akshay has confirmed that Jolly LLB 3 is also inspired by a real-life incident.

Akshay Kumar, who is currently busy promoting his upcoming film ‘Kannappa’ with Vishnu Manchu, recently opened up about ‘Jolly LLB 3’ during an interview with Pinkvilla.

“Just like the first two parts, the third installment is also inspired by real incidents,” Akshay said. When asked to reveal more about the plot, he playfully replied, “Do you want me to tell you the story? (smiles).”

He further The two will be sharing the screen for the third part.

“Me and Arshad Warsi are coming together, so Jolly 1 and Jolly 2 are coming together. And, so much fun I had working with him. He’s such a lovely ladSuch a lovely person to work withand a great sense of humor he hasgood timing,” he added.

Directed by Subhash Kapoor, who also directed the first two installments of the franchise, the film continues under his creative vision. Akshay Kumar praised Kapoor’s writing skills, saying, “Everyone knows what an incredible writer he is. He crafts films with just his pen, and his lines are truly beautiful. I’m a big fan of his work.”

The third part of ‘Jolly LLB’ will feature an intense showdown between Jolly Tyagi and Jolly Mishra. The storyline is said to revolve around a complex and socially relevant case, with Saurabh Shukla likely returning as the beloved and quirky judge.
