The woman alleges that the accused took advance money from her by promising to get her a plot. When the documents of the plot were not found even after a lot of time had passed, the woman contacted the accused. After this, the accused called him to meet on the pretext of giving him the documents related to the registry and showing him the plot.
Attempt to rape by making her sit in a car, accused absconds after raising noise
The woman alleges that the accused took her in a car, where she allegedly made her drink some intoxicating substance. As soon as her health started deteriorating, the accused and his companion indulged in obscene acts with her and attempted to rape her. According to the victim, after realizing the danger, she started making loud noises. Fearing the gathering of people, the accused left him on the roadside and ran away. Somehow the woman escaped from there and reached the police station and lodged a complaint about the entire incident.
Allegation of threatening after FIR, police is investigating
The woman alleged that after the FIR was registered, the accused were continuously pressurizing her to withdraw the complaint. According to him, he and his children are being threatened with death by calling from unknown numbers. Based on the complaint of the victim, the police have registered a case under relevant sections.
