The Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) 2025 auction was a two-day event, which concluded on Sunday, June 1, after hundreds of top kabaddi players from all over the world went under the hammer with all the 12 teams bidding on them.

While some players didn’t get any suitors, there were 10 players going past the INR 1 Crore mark, becoming crorepatis, at the PKL 2025 auction, including names like Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh, Devank Dalal, Arjun Deshwal, Naveen Kumar, and Guman Singh, among others.

5. Arjun Deshwal (INR 1.405 Crore)

Arjun Deshwal, who was expected to be one of the top buys in the PKL 2025 auction, got sold to Tamil Thalaivas for INR 1.405 Crore after Jaipur Pink Panthers opted against using Final Bid Match (FBM). With that, he has moved from up north to down south of India to provide his services in the next season of PKL after racking up 1174 raid points in 114 matches in his league career.

4. Ankit Jaglan (INR 1.5275 Crore)

Ankit Jaglan was sold to Patna Pirates for INR 1.5275 Crore after they used Final Bid Match (FBM) against the initial bid from Haryana Steelers. He is very impressive on court with his ability to read situations in defence and execute things on the fly, scoring 145 tackle points in 48 matches in PKL in his young career thus far.

3. Ashu Malik (INR 1.90 Crore)

Ashu Malik, who is widely regarded as one of the best raiders in PKL currently, got sold to Dabang Delhi KC for INR 1.90 Crore after they used the Final Bid Match (FBM) for two seasons on the initial bid from Bengal Warriorz. The man with a midas touch on kabaddi court has 730 raid points in just 91 matches, while he has also contributed with 32 tackle points.

2. Devank Dalal (INR 2.205 Crore)

Devank Dalal was the top buy among the Indian players in the PKL 2025 auction Day 1 after getting sold to Bengal Warriorz for a massive INR 2.205 Crore. In the early stages of his career, he has already become one of the most sought-after raiders in the PKL, scoring 306 raid points in just 31 matches, and his numbers are only expected to improve in the coming seasons.

1. Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh (INR 2.23 Crore)

Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh was the first player to be sold during the PKL 2025 auction Day 1 to Gujarat Giants for a whopping INR 2.23 Crore after an intense bidding war with Bengaluru Bulls, Patna Pirates, and Telugu Titans. With that, the Iranian all-rounder, who is already the most expensive international player in PKL history, became the top buy in the PKL 2025 auction after winning the title in the last two seasons with Haryana Steelers and Puneri Paltan, scoring 354 tackle points and 94 raid points in 92 matches.
