WPL 2026 Prize Money: The exciting final match of the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2026 was played between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Delhi Capitals (DC) at the Kotambi Stadium in Vadodara. In this match, RCB performed brilliantly and won the league title for the second time. Under the leadership of captain Smriti Mandhana, the team repeated the success of the 2024 season and joined the list of teams that have won the most titles along with Mumbai Indians.

Royal Challengers Bangalore were also given crores of rupees as prize money for this memorable victory. RCB got a big prize of Rs 6 crore. At the same time, runner-up Delhi Capitals also did not remain empty handed. Delhi Capitals were given Rs 3 crore. This prize money structure has been running since the beginning of WPL. Till now, Mumbai Indians have won the title twice and won a prize of Rs 6 crore, whereas, RCB had won the same prize money in the 2024 season also. This time RCB’s continuous strong preparation and teamwork made them champions.
Apart from this, the batsman who scored the most runs in the tournament (Orange Cap), the bowler who took the most wickets (Purple Cap) and the Player of the Tournament received Rs 5 lakh each. Apart from this, the player who hit the most sixes and had the best strike rate was also given a reward of Rs 5 lakh each.
RCB did record breaking run chase
This match was very special for Royal Challengers Bangalore. Batting first in this match, Delhi team scored 203 runs and gave a target of 204 runs to RCB. Such a big target was never chased not only in the final but also in the Women’s Premier League. But Royal Challengers Bangalore did a record-breaking run chase to win the title and achieved the target at the loss of 4 wickets in 19.4 overs.
