On February 3, a 22-year-old man was fatally stabbed by three juveniles in the Pandav Nagar area of East Delhi following an alleged assault on one of the minors earlier that day, according to police reports.
The incident occurred around 8:15 PM on Monday, prompting a PCR call. Upon arrival, officers discovered that the victim, identified as Arun Raj, had already been transported to Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Investigation and Arrests
Police officials stated that preliminary examinations of the victim’s body revealed multiple stab wounds. Surveillance footage from the vicinity was reviewed, leading to the identification of the suspects involved in the crime.
Following the investigation, law enforcement apprehended three juveniles from various locations in East Delhi. Authorities indicated that the stabbing was motivated by personal enmity related to previous disputes, specifically an altercation in which Arun allegedly assaulted one of the juveniles earlier that day.
Investigators are continuing to gather evidence and conduct inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
