UGC NET December Result 2025: The wait of lakhs of students across the country who appeared in the UGC NET December 2025 exam is over. National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the result of UGC NET December 2025. If you had participated in this examination held in December-January, then now you can check your results by visiting the official website of UGC NET ugcnet.nta.nic.in. On the basis of the results of this examination, JRF, Assistant Professor and Ph.D. Eligible candidates are decided for admission.
When and how was UGC NET December 2025 exam held?
UGC NET December 2025 exam was held from 31 December 2025 to 7 January 2026. This examination was conducted through Computer-Based Test (CBT). The examination was conducted in two shifts. The first shift was held from 9 am to 12 noon and the second shift was held from 3 pm to 6 pm. The examination was conducted for 85 subjects and around 9,93,702 candidates registered, out of which 7,35,614 candidates appeared. This examination was conducted in 283 cities at 663 examination centers across the country.

- Qualified for JRF and Assistant Professor – 5,108 candidates
- Assistant Professor & Ph.D. Qualified for admission – 54,713 candidates

- Now press submit button, your result will appear on the screen.
