Aneesha Sharma, a trainee of Mission Olympics Shooting Academy Jammu (MOSAJ), has once again brought laurels to Jammu by clinching the Individual Silver Medal in the 10m Air Rifle event, scoring an impressive 630.8, at the All India Inter-University Shooting Championship held at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh.
Representing PSPS Government College for Women, Gandhi Nagar, Aneesha has been undergoing rigorous training under the guidance of her coaches Vishal Mehra and Aman Singh. Her achievement stands as a testament to her consistent hard work, discipline and the expert coaching support she has received.
Congratulating the young shooter, Sports Director Dr Vinod Bakshi lauded Aneesha’s outstanding performance and dedication to excellence, stating that such achievements inspire aspiring athletes and significantly strengthen the sporting culture of the institution.
The Vice Chancellor of Cluster University of Jammu, Prof S P Chandershekhar, also extended heartfelt congratulations to Aneesha Sharma for bringing national recognition to the university and wished her continued success in future competitions.
