Jr NTR is celebrating his birthday tomorrow (May 20) and there are multiple reasons for fans to celebrate. Amid much anticipation, Yash Raj Films will be unveiling the first asset related to War 2 to begin the three-month countdown to its release.
The spy thriller also stars Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani.
Where to watch War before its sequel
War 2 is the sequel to YRF’s blockbuster War, released in 2019. The first part was helmed by Siddharth Anand, whereas Ayan Mukerji steps in to direct the latest installment. In an exclusive chat with Zoom and Telly Talk, Hiba Nawab teased an interesting development in the plot. “Jhanak ki beti Jhanak banne waali hai, ye to hai hi. Baaki storyline to humein nahi pata.”(Translation: Jhanak’s daughter is going to become Jhanak, that’s definitely happening. We don’t know much else about the storyline.)While Hiba is taking an exit from the show, the actress clarified the situation and said that she is not ‘quitting’ and this is just a transition. “I’m not quitting. It’s a leap, it’s a part of the process, and it happens in many shows,” she said, addressing the talks. “But yes, of course I’ll miss Jhanak. I’ll miss shooting. And I’ll miss everybody on the set.”
