New Delhi: Suzuki have launched Access with a single-channel ABS, which makes it one of the first mass-market 125 cc scooters to come with this safety feature. It is priced at Rs 92,328. In 2025, Suzuki Motorcycles India launched the new-gen Suzuki Access 125 with heavy upgrades.
The Access is still one of the best-selling 125 cc scooters, and Suzuki’s highest-volume product, and this update focuses on improving the safety standards. It now also gets single-channel ABS on the Ride Connect and Ride Connect TFT trims.
This makes Access to be the first mass-market scooter in their class to come with ABS. Thusfar, the feature has been limited to the bigger 150-cc and above scooters like the TVS Ntorq 150, Aprilia SR 175, Yamaha Aerox 155 and Hero Xoom 160 where ABS is mandatory by regulations.
Access 125 is mechanically the same, meaning it still comes with a 124 cc, single-cylinder air-cooler engine making 8.4 bhp and 10.2 Nm of torque.
Single-channel ABS is limited to just the top two trims, priced at Rs 92,328 for Ride Connect ABS and Rs 98,378 for the Ride Connect TFT ABS. These trim come at a premium of Rs 3601 and Rs 4,501 respectively, over their standard counterparts. Still, Access is one of the most affordable scooters in the country to come with ABS.
