The tour of England is proving to be no less than a nightmare for Team India. The T20 World Champion Indian team is also in trouble of winning a match on this tour. The performance of almost every player is proving to be very poor. If this is not enough, the team is also facing injuries to some important players. Young fast bowler Harshit Rana, who was already out of the T20 series, is now out of the ODI series as well. This 3-match series between India and England will start from July 14.

Just before the fifth T20 match against England on Saturday, July 11, this bad news was received about Harshit Rana. Right-arm fast bowler Harshit was injured during the third match of the T20 series against England. Due to this, he could not play in the fourth match and was out of the series. This problem had emerged in his hamstring, due to which he was out of the last 2 matches.

But now he will not be able to play even in the 3-match ODI series, which was very important for him. According to the information, his hamstring muscle has been torn and it is a grade-1 injury. In such a situation, at present he will not need any kind of surgery but he will have to take rest to recover from it. Due to this he was dropped from the ODI series. However, no official announcement has been made by BCCI yet, hence it is not clear who will be included in the squad in his place.

Let us remind you that 24-year-old pacer Harshit had returned to Team India from the current tour of Ireland and England. He suffered a knee injury in the warm-up match just before the T20 World Cup in February, due to which he remained out of the World Cup and then the IPL 2026 season. He had to undergo surgery on his knee, which was successful. Due to this injury, he was out for about 5 months and now after returning to the team, he got injured again within just 5 matches.
