New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the CBSE Class 10, 12 board exam admit cards. The CBSE board exams 2026 admit card is accessible on the official website, cbse.gov.in. The school heads need to download and distribute the hall ticket among the students. The signature of the school principal is mandatory on the hall ticket.
The CBSE admit card 2026 includes important information such as the name of the student, roll number, school, exam centre details, photograph of the student, subject names along with the codes, exam name, exam schedule, admit card identification number, date of birth and instructions to follow.
CBSE Class 10, 12 Admit Card 2026: How to download
School officials can follow the below steps to download the admit card.
- Visit the CBSE official website, cbse.nic.in
- Click on the link that reads, “CBSE Class 10 and 12 Admit Card 2026”.
- A new page will open where school officials must log in using their credentials.
- Enter the required details and submit.
- The admit cards of all Class 10 and 12 students will be displayed on the screen.
- Take printouts of the hall tickets and get them signed by the school principal before distributing them to students.
CBSE board exams date 2026
Nearly 45 lakh students are likely to attempt the CBSE Class 10, 12 board exam 2026. The Class 12 board exams will be held between February 17 to April 9. The Class 10 exams will be held in two phases. Phase 1 will be from February 17 to March 9 and phase 2 from May 15 to June 1. The Class 10 special exam, sports and olympiad students will be held only in phase 2.
CBSE has reiterated that students must meet the minimum eligibility criteria to appear for the board examinations. Students are required to have at least 75 per cent attendance, along with internal assessment scores, and should have studied all prescribed subjects, including any additional subject, for two academic years.
