On the instructions of Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak, a letter has been issued by the Principal Secretary for investigation.
The Deputy Chief Minister says that if anyone is found guilty in this case, strict action will be taken against him. He also said that the inquiry committee will also submit its suggestions regarding that such incidents do not happen in future. According to the deputy CM, a five -member committee has been formed to investigate the incident of fire in the hospital.
Report will be submitted within 15 days
It is being told that instructions have been issued to Principal Secretary Medical and Health Partha Sarathi Sen Sharma for investigation. This inquiry committee will provide its reports within 15 days due to the fire, any kind of negligence or identification of the guilty and further effective steps to protect such incidents in the future.
The chairman of this committee has been made the Director General of Medical Health Services. At the same time, the members of the committee include Director of the Director of Electricity Safety Directorate, Additional Director of Medical Education Department, Fire Officer Nominated by the Fire Department as well as Additional Director of Medical Health Services (Electricity). This team will investigate the incident and submit its report after which further action will be taken.
One person dies in incident
At the same time, the patients have been stopped admitting since the incident in Lokbandhu Hospital since the incident. Patients are being seen in OPD. It is being told that the investigation of pathology and radiology has come to a standstill. At the same time, the patients have been instructed to give 3 days of medicines. All the patients admitted to the hospital have been admitted to Balrampur, Civil, Lohia and KGAU. Due to the fire, a lot of items kept in the hospital were burnt. At the same time, a person died in this incident.
