What are the rules of PMOA?
The PMOA area includes dressing rooms used by teams and match officials, match areas used by teams (including dug-outs), rooms used by any umpire or match referee, dining areas used by teams and match officials and any other area determined by the ICC Anti-Corruption Manager. No one is allowed entry into the PMOA area without an accreditation card, which only the players and coaching staff have.
Using communication devices in the PMOA area is also against the rules. In such a situation, using mobile by Sarfaraz Ahmed is against the rules. At the same time, one has to face heavy fine for breaking the rules of PMOA area. Due to which action can now be taken against Sarfaraz Ahmed.
