UP Industry Meet: CM Yogi’s communication with industry organizations regarding Budget 2026-27. Cm Yogi Uttar Pradesh Budget 2026 Industry Suggestions Ease Of Doing Business

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath sought suggestions from industry organizations regarding Budget 2026-27. Important suggestions emerged on Ease of Doing Business, MSME, Defense Corridor, IT start-ups, exports and inclusive industrial development.

Lucknow. Under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, a special meeting was organized with industry organizations and leading entrepreneurs in the presence of Additional Chief Secretaries and Principal Secretaries. During the meeting, the Chief Minister invited suggestions from the industry regarding the Budget 2026-27. The Chief Minister called upon entrepreneurs and industry organizations to give practical and ground-based suggestions to make Ease of Doing Business more effective.

Important suggestions on Defense Corridor and Industrial Land

CII Vice Chairman Abhishek Saraf expressed the need for land allocation to speed up industrial activities in the Lucknow node of the Defense Corridor and expected an early decision on this. FICCI Chairman Manoj Gupta, while demanding freeholding of industrial land, said that this will increase the confidence of investors and encourage long-term investment. The representative of India Pesticide Limited thanked the Chief Minister for de-criminalization of various laws and termed it as a big positive reform for the industry.

Simplifying compliance and appreciating global recognition

ASSOCHAM Co-Chairman Hasan Yacob suggested implementing a system like “One Company-One Register-One Letter”, which could simplify the compliance process of industries. He said that on the lines of Uttar Pradesh’s “One District-One Product” scheme, a similar program has been started in the Philippines, which shows the global acceptance of the state’s industrial policy. ASSOCHAM Uttar Pradesh also shared information about the planned efforts for placement of youth.

Discussion on industrial skills, ITI and financial markets

Issues related to industrial skill development and financial markets were also discussed in the meeting. The representatives laid emphasis on further strengthening ITI institutions, promoting research and innovation there and developing the equity market. These efforts were said to be extremely useful for a strong future industrial economy.

Suggestions on MSME, exports and pollution control

Industry organizations demanded the introduction of OTS scheme in matters related to pollution control. Along with this, it was suggested that MSME units of Uttar Pradesh should have regular communication with various export councils of the country, so that exports can be promoted on a large scale.

IT Start-ups and Real Estate Sector Issues

Ramish Zaidi, chairman of NASSCOM’s Lucknow chapter, pointed out the need for a plug-and-play facility for small IT companies. He said that this will help start-ups and emerging tech companies to grow faster. CREDAI UP President Shobhit Mohan Das stressed the need to organize “Awas Bandhu” meetings at regular intervals on the lines of Udyog Bandhu to solve the problems of the real estate sector.

Emphasis on youth entrepreneurship for inclusive development

Speaking to Manish Verma, State President of Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that concrete and planned efforts should be made to prepare at least 10 young entrepreneurs from Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in every district. He said that this will give new impetus to inclusive industrial development in the state.
