However, people who have uric acid problems should not consume chicken. Also, people suffering from kidney disease should also avoid eating chicken. This is because high purine is found in chicken. When the body digests purine, it gets converted into uric acid. In such a situation, it can be harmful for those who have more uric acid than before.

Who should avoid mutton?
Dr. Riya Sharma (Dietician, Kailash Deepak Hospital) says, Most people like the taste of mutton. Its nutritional value is also quite good. It is a heavy protein source, it also contains good iron. But this is high fat meat. In such a situation, people with heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, weak digestion and weak metabolism should avoid mutton. Do not make it a part of daily diet. If you eat, then eat only those with less oil and spices.

Who should not eat fish?
According to experts, fish is considered the healthiest. It is considered the best source of protein for brain and heart. It also contains Omega 3 fatty acids, which helps in reducing inflammation. Fish is considered very beneficial for diabetes, thyroid, hormonal imbalance and aging clients. But people who are allergic to seafood or have kidney problems and phosphorus restriction should avoid fish or eat it in limited quantities.
