TV9 India has a copy of the documents submitted by the US investigating agency to the NIA. This is the introduction report that preparations were made after questioning David Coleman Headley. On the basis of this interrogation report, NIA is interrogating Tawwur Rana. Headley’s interaction report wrote that the attack in Mumbai was to be held before 26/11, but it was postponed due to the boom in the sea.
Big disclosure on 26/11 Mumbai attack
According to the report, the Arabian Sea waves in Mumbai were in spate, so the date of the attack was postponed. Pakistan ISI, Lashkar-e-Taiba and Tawwur Rana were waiting for the seasian waves to calm down before 26/11. Headley said during a meeting with Rana before the attack that the Mumbai attack has been postponed for some time, because the waves of the sea are not calm.
US investigating agency investigation report
Terrorist Lakhvi, Hafiz Saeed, Makki and the rest of the conspirators were equally known about the attacks in Mumbai. Every part of the conspiracy of the 26/11 Mumbai attack was being shared with Rana. This has been confirmed by the US investigating agencies in its investigation report which they have shared with the NIA.

At the end of April 2008, Headley went to the US for about six weeks. In the end of May 2008, David Coleman Headley met Tehwwur Rana in Chicago. The special thing is that Headley had told Rana that the attack has been postponed for some time, because the waves of the sea were not calm.
Taj Hotel attacks terrorist attack
In March 2008, David Coleman Headley was told by Lashkar that terrorists will attack the Taj Hotel in Mumbai. The special thing is that Headley also told this in Chicago during the meeting to Rana in May 2008. While Rana lied during interrogation in America that he was not aware of the 26/11 attack.
Order to take off close to the hotel
NIA is asking all this question to Rana, and wants to know every hidden secret of 26/11 from him. Headley told Rana about which places he did in Mumbai and which colleagues did. Headley also told Rana that the terrorists have been ordered to take off near the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai.
Headley Reiki by boat in Mumbai Harbor
It was Headley who made Reiki by boat in Mumbai Harbor and gave information about the use of GPS device to Rana. During these five days of conversation, the accused informed Rana about the Reiki of these cities of India. Headley told Rana that he was ordered from above for Reiki in many more cities.
