Husband’s claim: I bore the expenses of wife’s education
Aman alleges that at the time of marriage, Gunjan had studied only till intermediate, but she wanted to become a teacher. Aman says that despite financial constraints, he fully supported his wife’s dream. According to Aman, he worked as a laborer to support his wife’s education and daily expenses. He also claimed that in 2022, he sold one and a half katha of ancestral land to raise money for his wife’s further studies and exam preparation. After this Gunjan completed her graduation and B.Ed degree and then started preparing for the BPSC teacher recruitment exam. Ultimately, she was selected as a government teacher for classes 6 to 8 under the TRE-02 recruitment process. After training in Triveniganj area of Supaul district, he was posted to a school in Bidupur block of Bihar.
Allegation of relationship with another teacher
Aman alleged that during training, Gunjan came close to her college friend Prem Prakash Jaiswal. Prem Prakash was also selected as a teacher under the same recruitment process. He claims that the two were in constant touch and often met during training sessions.

According to Aman, his wife later started living separately and sent their son back to him in January 2025 saying that she was going on a trip to Darjeeling with fellow teachers. However, Aman claims that later he came to know that no such trip was organized by the teachers, which increased his suspicion further.
