Blood self -respect conference held
In fact, many organizations including Karni Sena had already announced that blood self -respect conference will be held on the birth anniversary of Rana Sanga on Saturday in Garhi Rami, Agra. Kshatriya organizations have expressed displeasure over a comment made by Ramji Lal Suman in Rajya Sabha about Rana Sanga. The dispute started when Suman said in Parliament on March 21 that Rana Sanga had invited Babur to India to defeat Ibrahim Lodi.
He had said that if Indian Muslims are described as a descendant of Babur, then other communities can also be seen as a descendant of a traitor like Rana Sanga. This statement, which raised questions on the Rajput heritage, provoked the Rajput organizations including the All India Kshatriya Mahasabha and the Karni Sena.
MP’s residence attacked and vandalized
Subsequently, members of Karni Sena attacked and vandalized Ramji Lal Suman’s residence in Agra on 26 March. In view of the blood self -respecting conference in Agra on Saturday, the police made strict arrangements. Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) of the city area, Sonam Kumar said that the three -tier security scheme was prepared and police were deployed at 24 places. He told that barricading was installed in many places. Apart from Agra, police were also called from Meerut, Jhansi and Mainpuri.
Ramji Lal Suman apologizes
Security was also tightened at the SP MP’s residence in view of the blood self -respecting conference. The MP said that earlier his residence was attacked, but the administration made arrangements for this. At the same time, State President of Karni Sena Sandeep Singh said that it has been decided in the conference that Ramji Lal Suman should apologize. If he does not apologize, we will make a strategy ahead. More than 40 Kshatriya organizations attended this conference.
Karni Sena performed fiercely
Members of Karni Sena and other Kshatriya groups performed by praising Rana Sanga wearing saffron and yellow scarfs. In response to this threat, local members of the SP also started gathering near the MP’s residence. Police sources said that after the intervention of senior administrative officials and local leaders of BJP, the call of Karni Sena was withdrawn, which reduced the tension.
