The enforcement team took action in the Mohanlalganj area on Friday in the order of continuous campaign against illegal plotting in the city by Lucknow Development Authority (LDA). During this period, three illegal plotting being done in about 40 bighas, 7 bighas and 50 bighas of area was demolished. The illegal action of LDA stirred up. The land mafia came into the can and the bulldozers on the plot started gathering information.
Zonal Officer of Enforcement Zone-2, Shashibhushan Pathak said that an illegal colony was being developed by Umakant Singh and others in the name of Sparsh City, in the name of Sparsh City, an illegal colony was being developed by unauthorized plotting in about 40 bighas of area in Maurawa Road, Bhasanda, Mohanlalganj. This plotting being done illegally without approved by the authority was demolished in the past, but the opposition was trying to sell the plot by doing development work at the site again. On this, on Friday, the enforcement team demolished the development works at the site.

At the same time, at a distance of about half a kilometer from this, Sunil Kumar Choubey, Rakesh Tiwari and others were doing illegal plotting work in about seven bighas of area. Similarly, an illegal colony was being developed by Lavkush Yadav son Hardev Lal Yadav, in the name of Upvan City (Culture Infra Company) in the name of Ranikheda, Dehwa, Maurawa Road, Thana-Mohanlalganj in about 50 bighas of plotting in an area of about 50 bighas.

Orders for demolition were passed by the court prescribed against these illegal plating without approved by the authority, in compliance with which the enforcement team in collaboration with the police force took action to demolish the illegal plotting, in which the road, drain, boundarywalls etc. developed at the site by the developer were demolished.
