Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav honored excellent teachers in the teacher felicitation ceremony organized in Bhopal. He said that due to the efforts of the teachers, the drop-out rate in the state has reduced to zero and 200 new Sandipani schools will be started from this session.
Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav today participated in the ‘Congratulation Ceremony’ organized by Madhya Pradesh Teachers Association at Subhash Excellent School in Bhopal. On this occasion, teachers who made significant contributions in the field of education were honored. During the program, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was felicitated by the teachers union. Also, the calendar and booklet “Hamara Vidyalaya-Hamara Teerth” of All India National Educational Federation was released. The Chief Minister inaugurated the exhibition organized at the venue and also inspected it.
Historic improvement in government schools, drop-out rate zero
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that eras changed, times changed, but the respect for teachers never decreased. Teachers are like lamps which, by burning themselves, illuminate the lives of others. Teachers have always been respected and will remain so in future also.
He said that due to the continuous efforts of the teachers of Madhya Pradesh, the examination results of government schools have historically improved. There has been a record increase in student enrollment and school admission rates. The most important achievement is that the drop-out rate of children in the state has become zero. The contribution of teachers in this is incomparable and praiseworthy.
200 new Sandipani schools will open from this session.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Sandipani Vidyalaya and PMshree Vidyalaya of the state are setting new standards of quality of education. Both the government and the society are overwhelmed by the success of these schools.
He announced that 200 new Sandipani schools will be started in the state from this academic session. The Chief Minister said that Madhya Pradesh is among the leading states of the country in implementing the New Education Policy-2020. AI, coding and skill-based education are also being promoted rapidly in the state, in which the role of teachers is extremely important.
Government fully committed to the welfare of teachers
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the state government has not left any stone unturned in the interest of teachers. Whatever benefits are left, they will also be completed soon. The government is committed to supporting teachers at every level.
Retired teachers honored, Chief Minister took blessings
Retired lecturers Mrs. Kokila Sen, Mr. Badri Prasad Tiwari, Mr. Brijmohan Acharya, Mr. Devkrishna Vyas and Mr. Kishanlal Nakada were honored in the program. Mrs. Kokila Sen had taught physics to Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav in Ujjain. The Chief Minister touched the feet of his Guru and took blessings. Similarly, Shri Badri Prasad Tiwari had provided education to School Education Minister Shri Uday Pratap Singh in Narsinghpur.
Release of calendar, diary and ‘Hamara Vidyalaya-Hamara Teerth’ booklet
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated and visited the exhibition based on the Vikas Yatra of Madhya Pradesh Teachers Association organized in the Subhash School campus. On this occasion, the annual calendar of the teachers union, “Hamara Vidyalaya – Hamara Teerth” booklet, table calendar and diary were also released.
