This amount is not just the basic pay, but also includes the contribution of increments and various allowances. The starting basic salary of SBI PO is around Rs 56,000. The earning of this female officer is not limited to just Rs 95 thousand. He told that he gets around Rs 18,500 as lease rental allowance. Apart from this, including other allowances, another Rs 11,000 is added. In this way his total monthly earning exceeds Rs 1 lakh. He also told in his video that he has passed professional banking certifications like JAIIB and CAIIB. On passing these examinations, additional salary increment is given in many banks. He got 3 increments out of total 5 increments because of these certifications. This is the reason why his salary increased so fast.
