Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given clear and strict instructions to the officials that if any person’s land has been encroached upon by bullies or land mafias, then it should be immediately vacated. He said that those who illegally encroach on other people’s land, bullies and land mafia who destroy the weak should not be spared under any circumstances. They should be taught a lesson by taking strict legal action against such elements. The Chief Minister reiterated that it is the government’s resolve that injustice should not be done to anyone and there should be security and prosperity in the life of every citizen.

CM Yogi’s public darshan in Gorakhnath temple, heard the problems after reaching there himself

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was listening to the problems of the people in the Janata Darshan program organized at Gorakhnath Temple on Wednesday morning. The Chief Minister himself reached the people sitting on chairs in Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan located in the temple complex and listened carefully to everyone one by one. After meeting about 150 people, the Chief Minister assured that injustice will not be done to anyone during his tenure. Handing over all the applications to the concerned authorities, he gave instructions for quick and satisfactory disposal.

Order for immediate action on land grab complaint

During the Janata Darshan, on a complaint related to illegal occupation of land, the Chief Minister gave strict instructions to the administration and police officers present on the spot. He said that immediate action should be taken on complaints of land grabbing and it should be ensured that no bully can capture anyone’s land again.

Emphasis on resolution of family disputes through dialogue

In Janata Darshan, some women presented their complaints related to disputes with in-laws and family problems before the Chief Minister. CM Yogi instructed the officials to resolve the problem by communicating with both the parties. If solution is not possible through dialogue, then legal action should be taken. He gave instructions to dispose of revenue and police related cases with transparency and fairness and said that sensitive behavior should be adopted with every victim.

Assurance of financial assistance for treatment

Many people had come to Janata Darshan requesting financial assistance for treatment. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath assured him that the government will provide full assistance for treatment. The Chief Minister directed the concerned officials to complete the estimate process related to the treatment soon and make it available to the government. He clarified that the treatment amount will be sent directly to the hospital account, so that the patients do not face any kind of problem.
