T20 World Cup 2026 is to start from 7th February but before this tournament, 16 T20 matches will be played in 4 days, the schedule of which has been announced. Actually, ICC has announced the schedule of warm-up matches in which two Indian teams will play. India A and India’s main team will participate in the warm-up matches. According to the schedule of warm-up matches, India A is going to play two matches and both the matches will be held in Navi Mumbai. Team India will also play against South Africa in Navi Mumbai on 4th February.
Schedule of T20 World Cup warm-up matches
The warm-up matches of the T20 World Cup will last for 5 days. Warmup matches will start from 2nd February. On this day 6 teams will compete against each other. After this, three matches will be played on 3rd February also. On February 4, the teams of India and Pakistan will play their respective matches. Pakistan has to play a warm-up match against Ireland in Colombo.

Big things about T20 World Cup
- The T20 World Cup will run from 7 February to 8 March. A total of 55 matches will be played in this tournament.
- India and Sri Lanka are hosting the tournament. Matches will be held in the stadiums of Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Delhi in India. 3 venues will be used in Sri Lanka.
- The final will be held at Narendra Modi Stadium on March 8.
- The India-Pakistan match will be held in Colombo on 15 February.
- 20 teams are participating in the T20 World Cup, 4 groups of 5 teams each have been formed.
- Group A consists of India, Pakistan, USA, Netherlands, Namibia.
- Group B contains Australia, Sri Lanka, Ireland, Zimbabwe, Oman.
- Group C has teams of England, West Indies, Scotland, Nepal, Italy.
- Group D consists of New Zealand, South Africa, Afghanistan, Canada, UAE.
