In the 20th match of IPL 2025, RCB batsmen beat up the bowlers of Mumbai Indians. RCB, batting first, scored 221 runs in 20 overs. Virat Kohli and captain Rajat Patidar got a brilliant half -century. Big injustice with RCB
This injustice with RCB was on the last ball of his innings. Bumrah was throwing these overs and a LBW appeal was made against wicketkeeper Jitesh Sharma on his last ball. The umpire gave Jitesh out. Jitesh took DRS and he was found not out. But Jitesh did not benefit this because he did not get a run of Leg Bai. Actually, the ICC rule is that with the decision of the umpire, the ball becomes dead and then the batting team cannot get any run. But this rule is disputed and Akash Chopra also raised questions on it.

Demand to change the disputed rule
Negotiations have been being held against this ICC rule for many years. After injustice to RCB, the fans once again demanded to change it. The fans say that if there were two runs on the last ball and the batsman would run one run with the leg by run. But if the umpire would give out and if the batsman was not out in DRS, then the ball would have been dead and the team would not get runs and he would have lost the match.
