dark chocolate – Dr. Sethi tells in his video that dark chocolate is the healthiest. Dark chocolate is rich in flavonoids. There is very less sugar in it. Besides, eating it also helps in maintaining better heart and brain health. Dr. Sethi has given it 9 out of 10.

milk chocolate – A lot of sugar is found in milk chocolate. Besides, it is also low in antioxidants. Dr. Sethi says that milk chocolate can be eaten occasionally. But one should avoid eating it daily.

Milk chocolate with nuts – Some people think that due to the presence of nuts in milk chocolate, it reduces sugar. but it’s not like that. Milk chocolate is high in sugar. In such a situation, it should be eaten only occasionally.

White Chocolate- Dr. Sethi says that, I do not understand why people call it chocolate. Because it is just cocoa butter and sugar. Also there are no antioxidants.

Ultra processed chocolate – According to Dr. Seth, this is the worst variety of chocolate. High sugar, refined oils and additives are found in it. Which are not at all good for gut health and metabolic health.
