New Delhi: Apple has opened its first retail store in South India, choosing Bengaluru’s Hebbal area as the location. The new outlet becomes the company’s third physical store in the country after Mumbai’s Apple BKC and Delhi’s Apple Saket.
The launch underlines Apple’s growing focus on India as a major market. The company views India as one of its fastest-expanding regions, both in terms of consumer adoption and business growth.
What Apple Hebbal offers
Apple Hebbal brings the brand’s complete product range under one roof. Customers will find the latest iPhone 16 models, MacBook Pro powered by M4 chips, the iPad Air with Apple Pencil Pro, and the Apple Watch Series 10. Popular accessories like AirPods 4 and AirTag are also available.
The store has been designed to encourage interaction. Visitors can walk around open product tables, get help from Apple Specialists, and use a separate Apple Pickup section to collect online purchases. A Genius Bar is also set up to provide repairs and technical support.
Apple has hired a 70-member team from across 15 states of India to staff the store. Employees are trained to assist customers with setup, switching to iOS, or exploring trade-in and financing options.
Sessions and business support
Like its other outlets, Apple Hebbal will host free “Today at Apple” sessions daily. These interactive workshops will help people learn new skills, such as iPhone photography, sketching on iPad, or exploring Apple’s AI features. Families, students, and teams can book group sessions as well.
The store also has a business-focused wing. Dedicated Business Pros are available to guide Bengaluru’s entrepreneurs, small business owners, and startups on how to use Apple products and digital tools to grow.
New wallpaper and Playlist
To celebrate the opening, customers will be able to download exclusive Apple Hebbal wallpapers and listen to an Apple Music playlist featuring local Bengaluru artists.
Opening date
The Apple Hebbal store officially opens on September 2, 2025, at 1 p.m. IST. With this launch, Bengaluru joins Mumbai and Delhi as key Indian cities with flagship Apple retail spaces.
