CM Helpline Yogi Adityanath: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that negligence will not be tolerated in resolving public grievances. Complaints lodged on IGRS and CM Helpline should be susceptible to women, instructions on safety of women also.
CM Yogi Adityanath on Women Safety: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has clearly stated that negligence at any level will be unforgivable in solving public grievances and problems. He warned the officials that every complaint lodged on the IGRS and CM Helpline should be settled according to the satisfaction of the complainant. The Chief Minister clarified that the government is accountable to the public and public interest is paramount.
Review meeting of video conferencing
Late on Sunday, the Chief Minister reviewed the law and order, public grievances, upcoming festivals preparations, flood situation, dengue control and health services and reviewed through video conferencing with Mandalayuktas, District Magistrates and police officers.

Special emphasis on the safety of women
Yogi Adityanath said that the security of women and daughters is the top priority of the government. He directed that the activities of anti -Romeo squad should be made more effective in all districts. Also told that a new phase of mission power will be started in the upcoming Navratri, for which preparations should be started from now.
Ranking on complaints continues, strict action on false report
In the meeting, a ranking of complaints received on IGRS and CM Helpline was issued at Mandalwar and district level. The Chief Minister directed that honoring the sentiments of every victim should be resolved with full sensitivity. He warned that the officers who give false or misleading reports will compulsorily take disciplinary action.
The Chief Minister expressed satisfaction over the recent festivals and the police-administration instructed the police-administration to stay on alert mode in view of the upcoming Baravafat, Anant Chaturdashi and Vishwakarma Puja. Reviewing the flood and overflow affected districts, he said that relief works should be made more effective and public representatives should be included in it.
Strict instructions on health services
In view of the possibility of diseases during the rainy season, the Chief Minister directed the municipal bodies to strengthen the immediate drainage and cleaning system. He said that the Chief Minister’s Jan Arogya Mela should be organized continuously and availability of adequate medicines at all health centers should be ensured for the treatment of snakebite. Expressing concern over the sale of fake or incomplete medicines, he clearly stated that such activity in the state will not be tolerated at any cost.
Adequate supply of fertilizer for farmers
In view of the kharif season, Yogi Adityanath instructed the farmers to provide fertilizer on time. He said that the supply chain should be strictly monitored and strict action should be taken against black marketing or hoarding.
Review of preparations for PET exam
The preliminary examination (PET) of Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission was also discussed in the meeting. This examination will be held on 6 and 7 September at 1479 centers in 48 districts, which will include more than 25.31 lakh candidates. The Chief Minister directed the officials to take special care of the convenience of the candidates in the event of confidentiality, CCTV monitoring, traffic system and rain.
He said that the purity and transparency of the examination is the top priority and strict action will be taken against those who spread any kind of rumors.
