Weight Loss Tips: Dr. Malhar Ganla told 3 easy steps to lose 10 kg weight in 75 days. Their focus is on understanding hunger, avoiding outside food and minimal exercise, which makes weight loss sustainable.
Weight Loss Secrets: In today’s time, weight loss advice sometimes goes towards very strict workouts and sometimes towards strict diet rules. Some people say to go to the gym for hours, while some say to adopt intermittent fasting. In this hustle and bustle, people often forget basic things like hunger, routine and consistency.
To change this thinking, diabetes and obesity expert Dr. Malhar Ganla, who is the co-founder of Freedom From Diabetes, has shared a video on Instagram. In this he has given 3 easy steps to lose 10 kg weight in about two and a half months i.e. 75 days. Dr. Ganla’s method focuses more on when and how we eat than on burning calories.
stop suppressing appetite
According to Dr. Ganla, the biggest reason for weight gain is ignoring hunger. He says, ‘Stop suppressing hunger, fulfill its needs.’ When the body does not get proper nutrition on time, then strong cravings occur and overeating starts. He advised people to understand their body’s hunger signals and eat at the right time. Along with this, he also suggested taking some basic supplements. They claim that once the nutritional deficiency is compensated, the cravings reduce to a great extent within 2 weeks.
Supplement List:
- a daily multivitamin
- Omega 3,6 – 1000 mg daily
- Vitamin D (60,000 IU once a month) + K2 daily
- Magnesium 200 mg per day
- He also stressed on including proteins in breakfast, like eggs, sprouts or dal cheela.

carry your own food
Dr. Gunla’s second rule is a little strict but very effective. He says that if you do not keep food with you, you will eat outside. He advised to completely stay away from restaurants and outside food for 75 days. During this period, eat only that food which you have prepared and brought from home. If food is not available, wait until the next mile. Only tea, coffee and lemonade are exempted from this rule.
not too much exercise
While most weight loss plans emphasize hard workouts, Dr. Gunla believes that excessive exercise can increase appetite and make it difficult to follow the plan. He described light walking, stretching and gentle yoga as sufficient. He says that weight loss through simple activities is more sustainable.
