To make mini uttapam, take 2 cups idli or dosa batter, 1 finely chopped onion, 1 finely chopped carrot, 1 capsicum, 2 tablespoons boiled sweet corn, 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 finely chopped green chilli, salt as per taste and some oil or ghee for baking. If desired, you can also add grated cheese as per children’s choice.
