Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav was welcomed in Jabalpur on his return from Davos World Economic Forum. He said that Madhya Pradesh is becoming the first choice of investors due to renewable energy, industrial policies and subsidies.

On his arrival in Jabalpur after successful participation in the World Economic Forum, Davos, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav was felicitated in a program organized by industrial and business organizations. On this occasion, the Chief Minister highlighted in detail the industrial progress, investment possibilities and future plans of Madhya Pradesh.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that more than 200 countries participated in the World Economic Forum organized in Davos. The Indian delegation was the center of special attraction at this global platform. Along with the Government of India, 10 states of the country registered their presence, out of which Madhya Pradesh emerged prominently.

Madhya Pradesh attracts attention of global investors in renewable energy

The Chief Minister said that Madhya Pradesh has attracted the attention of global investors, especially in the renewable energy sector. Cheap electricity is being produced in the state through wind energy, solar energy and power sector. At present, electricity is being provided in Madhya Pradesh at the rate of only Rs 2 10 paise per unit, which is a big relief for the industries.

Benefit of 30% capital subsidy on setting up industry

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the state government is continuously giving incentives to promote employment based industries. 30 percent capital subsidy is being provided for setting up industries in the state. At the same time, MSME sector is being given the benefit of subsidy up to 60 percent.

New industrial policies for better utilization of resources

The Chief Minister said that new and practical policies are continuously being made by the government for better utilization of natural and human resources of the state. The objective of these policies is to promote investment, create employment and ensure economic strength of the state.

Madhya Pradesh becomes leading state in medical education

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that medical colleges are being established at the fastest pace in the country in Madhya Pradesh. 25 acres of land is being made available at the rate of just Re 1 to entrepreneurs wishing to open a medical college.

Loan facility to students of private medical colleges

The Chief Minister said that the state government will also provide loan facility for payment of fees to the students selected through NEET in private sector medical colleges. This will make medical education more accessible.
