Use phone for three months
The court was told that Fiona used Nicholas’s phone for three months after the murder. She kept messaging his friends and also accessed pornographic content from the phone. Their relationship was going on-off for about 18 years and during this time Nicholas also had a child with another woman. Fiona confessed to murder in the Old Bailey court. Judge Mark Lucroft, while sentencing him to life imprisonment, said that sitting with his mother, drinking and lying was extremely cruel and inhumane.
