Controversy heated up between Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati and the administration in the Magh Mela of Prayagraj. Akhara Parishad President Mahant Ravindra Puri gave a big statement on this matter and said, “People want us to fight among ourselves.” He appealed to all the saints and devotees to maintain peace and also assured to handle the situation through talks with the administration.
