Immune system weak people – In case of diabetes or weak immune system, the fungal proteins present in mushrooms can increase infection or allergic reactions.

People with digestive problems – People suffering from constipation, gas, or digestive problems may have problems like flatulence, gas, and indigestion by eating mushrooms in large quantities.

Pregnant or lactating women – Ayurveda expert Kiran Gupta says that one should avoid eating mushrooms even during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
