Police identified the victim as Tamanna Mohsin Sheikh and the attacker as Rahim, also known as Noman Latif Sheikh, according to a report by India Today. The two had been friends for a short period after Tamanna’s divorce. However, their relationship soured after she remarried Mohsin, and several court cases are currently pending between them.
