According to reports, Suraj had also informed his girlfriend about this incident. He is a resident of Khalilpur and lives with his mother, elder brother and sister. On the evening of 18 January, some construction work was going on in his house, due to which Suraj was alone at home. The next morning his severed leg was found at home, after which his family admitted him to the hospital.
