Dhurandhar happens to be a gripping spy thriller centered on Operation Dhurandhar, India’s bold undercover mission against terror networks in Pakistan. IB Director Ajay Sanyal (R Madhavan) recruits death-row inmate Jaskirat Singh Rangi, who assumes the identity of Hamza Ali Mazar (Ranveer Singh) to infiltrate Karachi’s ruthless Lyari gang. Posing as a loyal soldier, Hamza rises through the ranks under crime boss Rehman Dakait (Akshaye Khanna), navigating bloody gang wars, fake romances, and political schemes. Given the stupendous performance of Dhurandhar at the Indian box office, fans have been eagerly waiting for the film’s OTT release.

For the uninitiated, Dhurandhar will be having its grand OTT premiere on Netflix India and there have been speculations about the movie’s online release in January 2026.

As per a tweet shared by Streaming Updates, Dhurandhar is set to premiere on Netflix India on January 30. Interestingly, Dhurandhar will be releasing on Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
Meanwhile, YRF also gave a shoutout to Dhurandhar makers post the phenomenal box office performance. The post read as, “DHURANDHAR is not a film… it’s a milestone moment in Indian cinema that will be remembered forever. Congratulations to Aditya Dhar and Jio Studios for becoming the highest grossing Indian film of all time (in a single language)”.
