Pithampur Industrial Development: Bhoomi pujan of Liugong India unit worth Rs 272 crore was done in Pithampur, Dhar. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav emphasized on investment, employment and industrial development.
MP Industry News: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav on July 8 performed the bhoomi pujan of a new manufacturing unit worth Rs 272 crore of Liugong India Private Limited in Pithampur Industrial Area of Dhar district. The program started with lighting of the lamp. The Chief Minister said that it is a matter of pride for the state to establish another big industry on the land of Raja Bhoj. He said that Pithampur has become a major center of industrial development of the state and new investments are continuously coming here under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
MP Investment News: New opportunities for investment and employment
The Chief Minister said that the state government is continuously working to promote industries. Madhya Pradesh received investment proposals worth about Rs 30 lakh crore through the Global Investors Summit (GIS), out of which projects worth more than Rs 10 lakh crore have come on the ground. Only between January 1 and June 30, the state has received new investment proposals worth more than Rs 76,862 crore, which are likely to provide employment to about 82 thousand youth.
Industrial Growth in MP: Government listed big industrial projects
The Chief Minister said that in the last few days, many big industries have been started in the state. The Rs 150-crore Smart Industrial Park in Satgarhi, the Rs 2,500-crore Adani Defense unit in Shivpuri, the Rs 1,250-crore PepsiCo manufacturing unit in Ujjain and 38 new industrial units worth Rs 1,554 crore in Neemuch were inaugurated or bhoomi-pujan performed. He said that the government not only makes announcements but also implements them on the ground.
LiuGong India Expansion: Make in India will get new strength
Liu Gowen, Global Vice Chairman of LiuGong India, said that the new plant will increase employment opportunities for local youth and will become a major center of research and machine manufacturing. Company representative Varun Vijayvargiya said that the company, which has been producing since 2009, will now increase its production capacity from 3,250 machines to 7,500 machines per year through this new plant. He said that this project will further strengthen the ‘Make in India’ and ‘Self-reliant India’ campaign.
