Liu Gowen, Global Vice Chairman of LiuGong India, said that the new plant will increase employment opportunities for local youth and will become a major center of research and machine manufacturing. Company representative Varun Vijayvargiya said that the company, which has been producing since 2009, will now increase its production capacity from 3,250 machines to 7,500 machines per year through this new plant. He said that this project will further strengthen the ‘Make in India’ and ‘Self-reliant India’ campaign.
