Has target killing already happened in Delhi?
According to investigating agencies, the murder of a Hindu youth in Delhi in 2022 is believed to be linked to Arsh Dala’s network. The victim was targeted because he had tattoos of Lord Shiva and a trident on his body. This incident was considered not just a murder, but an attempt to spread fear and tension in the society.
@DelhiPolice Has issued high alert before 26 January. Posters of wanted terrorists have been pasted in railway stations, bus stands and crowded markets.
