Revanth Reddy, Chandrababu Naidu at Davos to boost investment for Telangana, AP

Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy led delegation landed in Zurich on Monday to a rousing welcome by Telangana diaspora. The delegation includes Ministers Sridhar Babu and Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy and other senior officials.

They reached Davos by road from Zurich and will participate in the four-day conference at World Economic Forum 2026, to hold high-level meetings with global corporations, industry leaders and interact with CEOs to promote Telangana Rising 2047 vision to boost investment.

At Telangana Pavilion in Davos, the CM will hold meetings with leaders of prominent companies Google, Salesforce, Honeywell, Novartis, Unilever, Infosys, Cisco, L’Oreal and others. These discussions will be focused on attracting fresh investment to the state, which will position Telangana as a hub for Information Technology, AI and life sciences.

Officials have been instructed to promote 2047 Telangana Rising vision document to emphasise the state’s investment friendly nature and growth potential in each of those sectors.

Andhra Pradesh at Davos:

Meanwhile, Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu has also reached Davos and sought the support of Indian Embassy in Switzerland to facilitate Swiss investments to the state.

During the meeting, the CM highlighted AP’s readiness to  host Swiss companies across various sectors, especially in pharma and medical equipment manufacturing in Andhra Pradesh.

He outlined 25 new industrial policies in place to accelerate growth and the state’s special focus on AI and quantum technologies.

The chief minister’s presence at Davos outlines AP’s renewed push to position itself as a destination for global investment, by leveraging policy reforms, skilled manpower and emerging technologies.
