According to the sales figures that have come out for the first time after the deal with Tilaknagar, Tilaknagar Industries has shown a strong increase in the sales of Imperial Blue brands. Apart from Imperial Blue, Tilaknagar has many other brands. According to the data of different brands, the company has sold about 13 bottles of different brands.

According to the company, buying the Imperial Blue brand has proved to be a profitable deal. Before Tilaknagar, the Imperial Blue brand was owned by the French company Perno Rica. Actually, the maximum sales of this brand are in India only. It is the third largest brand of whiskey in the country in terms of quantity. Every year 2.24 crore cases of Imperial Blue Whiskey are sold here. Its share in the Indian whiskey market is about 9%. You will be surprised to know that about 7.9 crore cases of whiskey are sold every year in India.
How much does Imperial Blue cost?
There are many reasons for the Imperial Blue brand to be famous. One of these reasons is its price. Talking about the country’s capital Delhi, the price of 180 ML of Imperial Blue is only around Rs 180. If we talk about the price of its entire bottle, it is around Rs 600. When Tilaknagar bought this brand, it was considered India’s biggest liquor deal. Tilaknagar had purchased this brand to strengthen its hold in the whiskey market. The company believes that there is a lot of craze about this liquor among the people. Firstly, its taste is better and secondly, due to its very low price, it is popular among the people.
