The ‘Race’ franchise started in 2008. Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Khanna were in the lead roles in the first part and the film was a semi-hit. The second part came in 2013 named ‘Race 2’, starring Saif Ali Khan and John Abraham and this film was also a semi-hit. ‘Race 4’ came in 2018, in which Salman Khan had the lead role. This film had an average performance. The first two parts were directed by Abbas-Mustan, while the third part was directed by Remo D’Souza.
