Buffalo Bills star Josh Allen may have entered marriage, but according to teammate Dalton Kincaid , the quarterback’s wedding to Hailee Steinfeld has done more than just change his relationship status. Kincaid believes Allen carries a new “aura” into the 2025 NFL season , blending stability off the field with swagger on it.
A wedding filled with authenticity and a ‘no-phone’ rule
Dalton Kincaid was one of the select guests at Allen and Steinfeld’s Santa Barbara wedding in May. For him, the night wasn’t about glitz but genuine connection.
“It was a fun wedding,” Kincaid shared. “It was personal. Everyone was just living in the moment and that’s exactly what you want.” Steinfeld later revealed in her Beau Society newsletter that she and Allen opted for a no-phone policy, describing it as “one of the best decisions we made.” The restriction ensured guests could fully immerse themselves in the celebration without digital distractions.
Josh Allen’s new ‘aura’ heading into the 2025 NFL season
While Kincaid insists Allen hasn’t let fame or marriage change his personality, he admits something is different. “With him now being a married man, I think he’s definitely developed more of an aura,” Kincaid said. “I think this is the first time I’ve ever used that as an adjective.”
For Kincaid, Allen remains as grounded as ever, someone who inspires his teammates to give everything on the field: “Josh is the same old guy. I don’t think he’ll ever really change. He’s as genuine as it gets. It’s not hard to want to lay it all out there for him.”
As the Bills prepare for their season opener against the Ravens on September 7, Kincaid stressed the importance of patience and consistency. “We really preach playoff-caliber,” he said, emphasizing that the first step to chasing a Super Bowl is simply making the playoffs.
