Indian Railways says passengers may ask the service providers for original bills for products purchased. If anu vendor refuses to give printed bill or any quality issue is there, passengers can lodge their complaints/suggestions through Rail Madad No. 139, Twitter Handle @RailMinIndia, CPGRAMS, E-Mail and SMS. Complaints can also be lodged on the IRCTC website www.irctc.co.in. Also, Railways complaint books are available with Pantry car Manager, Train Superintendent & Train Manager, in which passengers can lodge their complaints
