He has written a funny post comparing Dhoni with a waterfall in Kerala, which has become a topic of discussion on social media.
Why did Sehwag’s post go viral?
On his Instagram account, Virender Sehwag mentioned a waterfall located in the forests of Palakkad, Kerala, whose name is ‘Dhoni’. Sehwag wrote that it is not easy to reach that waterfall. You need a guide, three hours long trekking, and then somewhere you can see the waterfall. Describing the similarity between that waterfall and Dhoni, Sehwag wrote, ‘From above, the water seems calm, but it is not. Simple from outside, but the closer you get, the more you will realize its power. He also quipped that the Kerala Forest Department has a rule there, ‘The water looks calm, but it is not.’ Don’t know whether this rule was for that waterfall or for our ‘number 7’.
Sehwag’s pen did not stop here. He further wrote that this ‘Dhoni’ waterfall of Kerala has been in existence since Mahendra Singh Dhoni was not even born. It seems as if nature already knew that someone like this was coming. Someone, you have to go through the hardest path to find them, and once you find them, you will never forget them.
