Delivery rider Ankur Thakur has shared this video on social media. He told that when the customer was asked to come down, an argument broke out. After this, the customer started shouting from the balcony. Ryder says that the customer said that he had paid, so the food should be delivered to his door only.

The customer did not come down despite Ankur’s repeated requests. He told Ankur to either take the order upstairs to the door, or cancel it.
